Booking a consultation
Every engagement at Gateway starts the same way: a direct conversation with the partner who would do the work. There is no charge for the first call, and no obligation afterwards.
Step 01
Call us
Reach us at 800-209-1886 during business hours. A senior partner answers — you will not be routed through an intake team.
Step 02
A 20-minute discovery call
We ask about your revenue, your team, and the problem that prompted the call. If we are not the right fit, we say so on that call.
Step 03
A written scope
Within two business days you receive a short document: what we will do, what you receive, the fee and the timeline. Nothing starts before you approve it.
Step 04
The engagement begins
Work is led start to finish by the partner you spoke with. Most engagements run four to eight weeks.
What to have ready
- Your last two years of financial statements, if you have them
- A rough sense of monthly revenue and monthly fixed costs
- The decision you are trying to make, in one sentence
- Who else needs to be in the room
If you do not have formal statements yet, call anyway. Part of what we do is build them.
Fees
Financial Planning $750 · Management Coaching $900 · Business Consultancy $650 · Software Development from $1,500. Larger programmes are quoted after the discovery call.
